A WW2 German M42 Stahlhelm steel helmet, with liner and remains of decal to wearer's left, partial strap (buckle end, other end missing), marked EF68 size 68 by Emaillerwerke, Fulda; a '2543' stamp also present to rear inner maybe 1943 ? Good overall condition, black in colour, appears to be original paintwork. (SDA35)
